OPPORTUNITIES

Windmill Gardens is offering local businesses and area crafters the opportunity to participate in our Summer Girl's Night Out event, happening Friday, July 25th from 6:00 to 9:00 pm! Last year we had over 400 ladies attend this event and we expect to have an even bigger crowd this year! We are currently accepting applications from vendors and sponsors that would like to be a part of the festivities and who have products and services that are of special interest to women. Just check out the opportunities:

VENDOR INFORMATION

Exhibitor booths will be located throughout the Windmill Gardens facility including the Garden Bistro, the Windmill Building and the Windmill Garden Nursery Center.

Fee: $100/booth space

Space: Varies depending on location. We try to allow each vendor approx. 6' x 8' of space.

Fee includes (1) six foot table, linens and two chairs with each booth space. Your business name and information will be included in the Event Guide distributed to all attendees and listed on the official Girls Night Out webpage with a link to your site.

Electricity is available for an additional $15 charge.

Exhibit Schedule:
Set up: 3:00 - 5:45 pm
Exhibit: 6:00 - 9:00 pm
Breakdown: 9:00 pm

Space is limited and all vendors are accepted on a first come
first served bases. Windmill Gardens reserves the right to refuse vendor entrance based on vendor product or service.

Presenting Sponsor - $800

  • Exclusivity of business.
  • 6 free tickets to event.
  • Name and logo inclusion in all advertising and promotion, media releases, print collateral, on-site signage, website, banners, e-mail newsletters.
  • Booth space with table, linen and 2 chairs, plus space for corporate banner displayed at event.
  • Recognition and full page advertising space in event program.

Co-Sponsor - $600

  • Booth space with table, linens and 2 chairs plus space for corporate banner displayed at event.
  • 4 free tickets to event.
  • Name and logo inclusion in all advertising and promotion, media releases, print collateral, on-site signage, website, banners, e-mail newsletters.
  • Recognition and 1/2 page advertising space in event program.
