VENDOR INFORMATION
Exhibitor booths will be located indoors or
under protective tents throughout the
Windmill Gardens facility including the
Windmill Bistro, the Windmill Building and
the Windmill Garden Nursery Center.
Fee: $175/booth space
Space: Varies depending on location. We
try to allow each vendor approx. 6 x 6 of
space. Fee includes (1) six foot table, linens
and two chairs with each booth space. You
can not bring any additional tables without
our prior approval. Your business name and
information will be included in the Event
Guide which is distributed to all attendees
and it will be listed on the official Girls
Night Out webpage with a link to your site.
Electricity is available for an additional $25 charge.
Exhibit Schedule:
Set up: 3:00 - 5:45 pm
Exhibit: 6:00 - 9:00 pm
Breakdown: 9:00 pm
Space is limited and all vendors are accepted on a first paid / first served basis. Windmill Gardens reserves the right to refuse vendor product or service.
